Is the boat wheelchair accessible?
Due to the construction of the vessel to portray original riverboats, The Barefoot Queen is not completely ADA compliant, however, we want the entrance and exit onto the Barefoot Queen to be a great experience for all of our guests. In an effort to do this, here is some important information for our accessible guests that travel with a cane, walker, wheelchair, etc. As you enter the Marina you will access a ramp to the dock. The dock pathway will then lead you to two other ramps that take you to the Barefoot Queen. There is one step into the lower level of the Riverboat and into the Restroom on the lower level. Due to liability reasons, the crew and staff of the Barefoot Queen and Barefoot Marina cannot help patrons with mobility devises, such as wheelchairs, walkers and canes. Please have someone in your party able to assist with navigation onto the boat. Please call in advance for further assistance and make note on your reservation if you require lower level seating.
